When returning goods by courier, please keep proof that the parcel was dispatched. This will help confirm that the goods were returned if the parcel is not received.

All products are covered by an implied warranty of quality in line with the Consumer Protection Act. This means that products should be reasonably suitable for their intended purpose, be of good quality, free from defects, in good working order, and usable for a reasonable period under normal use.
If a product is found to be defective within the applicable warranty period, you may return it to us for assessment. Where the defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, where applicable, at no penalty to you.
Warranty cover applies to manufacturing defects only. All warranty claims are subject to assessment. Defective goods will be assessed within a maximum period of 10 days. We reserve the right to inspect the condition, age, use, packaging, and fault reported before confirming whether the item qualifies under warranty.
Products returned for warranty assessment should be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable. For electronic, computer, or beauty-device items, the warranty may not apply where the product has been opened, repaired, altered, misused, exposed to liquid, damaged by power supply issues, or used with incompatible accessories.
